"We take great pleasure in recommending PC Express.
Some two years ago, we planned to buy our first computer. We had numerous disappointing visits to computer stores. While the sale staff almost tried to intimidate one into a purchase it was also clear that most of them did not know too much about their products. Consequently, we were very worried that once we had purchased the PC at a ‘box store” we would be left in the cold for follow up and so forth.
Then a friend, who had purchased from “PC Express,” suggested that we consult with Ken, the owner of PC Express. He listened carefully to our needs and explained the various options that would address our concerns and fit our budget. When we made our choice, Ken assembled a computer, plus peripherals, printer, scanner, speakers, etc., and installed it in our condominium. We are very satisfied with our system.
Shortly after installation, we experienced some difficulties with Sympatico. We made no headway with their customer service until Ken came over and resolved our problems. It required quite a considerable time and we were impressed with his patience.
Subsequently the few times that we had some minor problems, one phone call to Ken and he either came to the house or helped us immediately at his premises. Such personal service is unknown at the “Box Store.”
We decided, recently, to become modern and obtain a digital camera. PC Express to the rescue again! Ken advised as to the pros and cons of various models and following our selection installed the necessary software and gave us a quick seminar on how to use the camera in conjunction with the computer.
In short, we can highly recommend PC Express!
